These Affiliate Program Terms (the “Program Terms”) govern participation in the VEDEX Affiliate Program operated by Vedex Inc. (registration No. 238217), Suite 1, Second Floor, Sound & Vision House, Francis Rachel Str., Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles (“VEDEX”). The Program allows approved partners (“affiliates”) to earn a commission for referring clients who purchase VEDEX challenges via vedexprop.com. Each affiliate receives a unique referral link and may create personal promo codes. Program currency: USDT.
These Program Terms form part of the VEDEX Terms of Service and should be read together with the Trading Rules & Evaluation Terms, the KYC / AML Policy and the Risk Disclosure & Refund Policy.
1. Participation & verification
- Participation is subject to approval by VEDEX. One affiliate account per person or entity.
- Identity verification (KYC) and sanctions screening of the affiliate — against the OFAC SDN list and relevant UN and EU sanctions lists — are completed before the first payout, as set out in the KYC / AML Policy.
- Residents of restricted jurisdictions (as defined in the Terms of Service) are not eligible to participate.
2. Client attribution
- A client is bound to the affiliate through whose referral link they first register. Binding is set by identity and does not expire.
- A client who registers without a referral link remains unbound until a link or promo code attributes them.
- Attribution at the time of purchase determines who earns the commission on that purchase.
- Once set, attribution changes only with the client’s explicit confirmation (see Section 3); it is never reassigned automatically, including by later clicks on other affiliates’ links.
3. Promo codes and discounts
- Each affiliate may create promo codes granting the client a discount of up to 20%.
- Discounts apply to PRO and PRIME challenges only; the CORE challenge cannot be discounted.
- Commission is paid on purchases of all challenge tiers, including CORE, at the affiliate’s standard rate.
- Commission is calculated on the amount the client actually pays (after any discount).
- Promo code behavior:
- if the client is unbound, applying the code binds them to the code’s affiliate;
- if the client is bound to the same affiliate, the code applies normally;
- if the client is bound to a different affiliate, the code is not applied automatically — the client is shown a notice and may switch affiliates with one confirmation. Until they confirm, attribution does not change.
4. Commission tiers
Commission is a fixed percentage of the challenge price the client actually pays. Tiers are based on the affiliate’s cumulative number of active clients.
| Tier | Active clients | Commission | Tier-up bonus |
|---|
| T1 | 0–14 | 30% | — |
| T2 | 15–49 | 35% | 100 USDT |
| T3 | 50–99 | 40% | 250 USDT |
| T4 | 100+ | 50% | 750 USDT |
| Individual | over 200 | by agreement | — |
- An active client is a registered user bound to the affiliate who has made at least one challenge purchase that has not been refunded or annulled. Clients terminated for prohibited activity, fraud or a false jurisdiction declaration, and purchases that were refunded or annulled, are excluded from the count.
- Tier-up bonuses are one-time and are paid with the first scheduled payout after the tier upgrade is confirmed.
- Partners above 200 active clients may be offered individual terms (a personalized percentage of the challenge price) by mutual agreement; until such an agreement is concluded, T4 terms apply.
Example.A referred client buys a PRO challenge priced at 500 USDT using your 20% promo code and pays 400 USDT. At tier T2 your commission is 35% × 400 USDT = 140 USDT.
5. Tier progression
- Tiers are cumulative: the active-client count accumulates over time. A tier that has been confirmed is retained and not reduced.
- Reaching a tier threshold grants eligibility to advance. VEDEX confirms the upgrade following a standard review of the quality and composition of referred traffic; the review is completed within 14 days of the threshold being reached.
- The new commission rate applies to purchases completed after the upgrade is confirmed. The review confirms that the traffic complies with these Program Terms.
6. Payouts
- Commissions are paid weekly, every Wednesday, for the previous calendar week (Monday–Sunday, UTC), across all tiers.
- The first payout becomes available after at least 5 active clients have been referred and the affiliate’s KYC and sanctions screening have been completed.
- Minimum payout: 100 USDT. Balances below the minimum roll over to the following weeks.
- A single payout is capped at 15,000 USDT; amounts above the cap are released after a manual review completed within 10 business days.
- All payments are made in USDT (TRC-20) to a wallet controlled by the verified affiliate. Payouts to third-party wallets are not processed.
- Commission reversal:if a challenge purchase is refunded for any reason, or annulled due to prohibited activity, fraud or a false jurisdiction declaration, the related commission is reversed. Reversed amounts are offset against the affiliate’s current and future accruals; a negative balance carries forward until covered.
- Enhanced review:individual payouts may be routed to manual review when risk indicators are present — for example, an unusual volume spike, a high share of referred clients registering from the same IP address or device, signals of restricted-jurisdiction traffic, or an abnormal rate of refunds and annulments. Review is triggered by these indicators, not by a schedule, and the payout resumes once it is completed.
7. Prohibited activity
The affiliate undertakes to refer genuine, good-faith traffic and to market VEDEX services accurately. The following are prohibited and result in withheld or cancelled commission for the affected clients:
- self-referral — referring one’s own or controlled accounts to earn commission;
- coordinated multi-account hedging or other collusion among referred accounts;
- copying trades between different users or signal-sharing intended to game the evaluation;
- exploitation of platform, quote, latency or feed mechanics; abusive high-frequency execution;
- identity or KYC fraud; referring clients who circumvent geo-blocking or provide false jurisdiction declarations, or assisting them in doing so;
- targeting or soliciting residents of restricted jurisdictions;
- advertising that promises or implies guaranteed profits, guaranteed funding, or “risk-free” trading, or that otherwise contradicts the VEDEX Risk Disclosure;
- bidding on VEDEX brand keywords in paid search, or using domains, handles or creatives confusingly similar to VEDEX, without prior written consent;
- unsolicited bulk messaging (spam) in any channel.
Risk of loss of commission and traffic
Where, over a rolling 90-day period, 25% or more of an affiliate’s referred active clients are found to engage in prohibited activity, VEDEX may treat all of the affiliate’s traffic for that period as illegitimate, cancel all commission for the period, and close the affiliate account together with any linked accounts. Before taking such action, VEDEX notifies the affiliate of the findings; the affiliate has 10 business days to respond, and a final decision is made after reviewing the response.
8. General provisions
- Commission is earned on challenge purchases only.
- VEDEX may update rates, thresholds and these Program Terms with at least 14 days’ notice to affiliates; changes apply prospectively from their effective date.
- Either party may terminate participation with 14 days’ notice; commission properly accrued for completed weeks is paid under Section 6. Termination for breach of these Program Terms is effective immediately.
- The affiliate acts as an independent contractor and is solely responsible for their own taxes.
- Eligibility, restricted jurisdictions and sanctions screening apply as set out in the VEDEX Terms of Service and KYC / AML Policy.
- These Program Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles; disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Seychelles.
